GWV: Testing needs to be scheduled. It is performed at GWV Monday-Friday by appointment only, (no testing on weekends or holidays). The patient will need to report to the Lab department at scheduled appointment time. If more than 30 minutes late, appointment will be cancelled.

GMC: Patients call 570-271-5620 to schedule an appointment with Fertility. Testing is performed in the Fertility Clinic at GMC. GLH: Bring specimen to the 4th floor outpatient lab Monday-Friday (no holidays) 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. No appointment is needed. GBH: Bring specimen to the 1st floor outpatient lab Monday-Friday (no holidays) 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. No appointment is needed. Gray’s Woods & Scenery Park locations: Bring specimen to the outpatient lab Monday-Friday (no holidays). No appointment is needed. |

Transport temperature: |
Keep specimen as close to body temperature as possible during transport, such as inside the shirt or coat. | |
Specimen stability: |
Specimen should be delivered promptly to testing laboratory within 60 minutes of collection. | |

A sample that was refrigerated will be rejected. | |
