Lisa Buzalka, BS,MT (ASCP)

Lisa Buzalka is the ATL Technical Specialist on second shift at GWV, providing technical oversight for both second and third shift.

Lisa holds a B.S. degree from Bloomsburg University and completed her Medical Technology internship at Abington Memorial Hospital, Abington, PA. She has 20 years' experience working as a generalist and also assumed the role of charge technologist for second shift while employed at the former Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. She also has experience with providing LIS training to lab staff and has trained nursing staff on point-of-care devices.
