Dr. Liu is an Associate of Geisinger Medical Laboratories at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville Pennsylvania.
Education:
She received her MD from Wenzhou Medical College, Zhejiang, P.R. China, in 1983. Dr. Liu completed residency training in OB/GYN and Wenzhou Medical College and fellowship training in the Practical Use of Laparoscope at Shanghai Second Medical School - Xinhua Hospital Department of OB-GYN. She also completed fellowship training in OB/GYN at Beijing OB/GYN Hospital, Beijing, P. R. China. Dr. Liu completed her pathology residency at the Penn State/Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and cytopathology fellowship training at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Certifications:
Dr. Liu is board-certified in both anatomic and clinical pathology as well as cytopathology. She specializes in breast pathology, cytopathology, and genitourinary pathology.

Her research interests include renal pathology.
