Specimen required:
5 mL whole blood; minimum 2 mL.
Special notes:
Use normal phlebotomy procedure. Do not transfer to other containers. Specimen stability is crucial. Store and ship ambient immediately. Do not freeze whole blood specimens.

Room temperature. Ship immediately.
Specimen stability:
Room Temperature: 8 days. Refrigerated: 8 days. Frozen: Unacceptable.
Rejection criteria:
Frozen whole blood specimens are unacceptable.
