SPECIMEN PROCESSING
Processing instructions: 

Allow to clot. Centrifuge 10 minutes at 3000 rpm.


Transport temperature: 

Refrigerated.


Specimen stability: 

Room remperature: 72 hours. Refrigerated: 10 days. Frozen: 30 days.


Rejection criteria: 

Plasma is not acceptable. Gross hemolysis. Lipemia.
