Processing instructions:
Allow serum to clot. Centrifuge and submit 0.5 mL serum.
Transport temperature:
Refrigerated.
Specimen stability:
Serum: Stable five (5) days at 2-8°C.
Rejection criteria:
Stability exceeded or if grossly hemolyzed.
