Allow to clot. Centrifuge 10 minutes at 3000 rpm.

Room temperature (preferred). Refrigerated or frozen specimen also acceptable.
Specimen stability:
Room Temperature: 7 days. Refrigerated: 7 days. Frozen: 30 days.
Rejection criteria:
Stability limits exceeded. Grossly lipemic sample.
