Specimen required: 

2 mL serum or plasma, minimum 0.7 mL.


Special notes: 

Serum separator tubes not acceptable.

Processing instructions: 

Promptly centrifuge and separate serum or plasma into aliquot tubes.


Transport temperature: 

Room temperature.


Specimen stability: 

Room temperature: 8 days. Refrigerated: 8 days. Frozen: 1 year.


Rejection criteria: 

Stability limits exceeded. Specimen collected in serum separator tube.
