Clinical significance: 

This test measures levels of gabapentin in urine. Gabapentin is a biomarker for monitoring possible use or non-use of gabapentin. The test is a definitive drug assay using the liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS) method of analysis.
