6 mL EDTA whole blood (minimum 3 mL) OR 2 Buccal swabs in kit OR 2 ml Saliva in Oragene Kit

Collect specimens per kit instructions.

SPECIMEN PROCESSING
Processing instructions: 
Send to GMC or GWV Referred Testing for specimen send out.
Transport temperature: 
Room temperature.
Specimen stability: 
Room temperature: 2 days. Refrigerated: 14 days.
Rejection criteria: 
Frozen samples will be rejected.
