Three 1 mL aliquots of serum preferred; minimum 0.5mL per aliquot.

Room temperature: 48 hours. Refrigerated: 2 weeks. Frozen: 1 month.


Rejection criteria: 

Hemolyzed, hyperlipemic, icteric, or contaminated specimens.
