Whole blood


Preferred collection container: 
Specimen required: 

1 mL whole blood; minimum 0.5 mL.


Special notes: 

Separate collection tube preferred. Collect 12 hours post oral dose.

Processing instructions: 

Do not centrifuge.


Transport temperature: 

Refrigerated.


Specimen stability: 

Refrigerated: 7 days.


Rejection criteria: 

Specimen other than EDTA whole blood. Stability limits exceeded.

4-12 ng/mL 
Therapeutic ranges vary with type of transplant, time post-transplant, clinical protocols and testing methodology. Results should be interpreted with clinical presentation and any signs of rejection/toxicity.
