3 mL plasma, collected in ISI GI Preservative tube, aliquoted into a plastic aliquot tube and frozen immediately. | |

This test requires a special collection tube that is provided by Referred Testing. Please call Referred Testing prior to patient appointment so they can have the tube sent to the clinic for blood draw. This test is not valid unless it has been collected with the GI Preservative available from ISI. | |

Patient should be fasting for 10 - 12 hours before collection | |

Spin tube in a refrigerated centrifuge and aliquot into a plastic aliquot tube. Freeze immediately. | |
