Properly labeled blood or swab specimen goes back into box along with Requisition form. Use kit provided pre-labeled FedEx express shipping bag. Schedule for Fedex Express pickup or drop in Fedex Express box. USE FEDEX EXPRESS ONLY as samples are overnighted to Natera. | |
