SPECIMEN PROCESSING
Transport temperature:
 Room temperature. Transport immediately. If delay in transport is anticipated, place specimen in an ice slurry.
Specimen stability:
 Stable 30 minutes at room temperature, 1 hour on ice.
Rejection criteria:
 Stability limits exceeded.
