Dr. de Ridder is the System Director of Transfusion Services.

Education:

Dr. de Ridder received his MD and PhD from Duke University, Durham, North Carolina.  He completed his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and a fellowship in cardiovascular and thoracic pathology at Duke University. He then completed a fellowship in transfusion medicine and blood banking at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Dr. de Ridder is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, and blood banking/transfusion medicine.
