Education:
Dr. Deng received her MD from Beijing Medical College in Beijing, China, and her PhD in Neuropharmacology from the Unviversity of Maryland in Baltimore. She completed residency training in the Department of Neurology and a graduate program in the Department of Neuropharmacology at the Third Teaching Hospital of Beijing Medical University. She received residency and fellowship training in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Deng completed a cytopathology fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania.
