Karen Kile is a Geisinger Regional Laboratories (GRL) Team Leader who has taken on the service improvement activities of those laboratories. Karen was formerly the supervisor of Laboratory Collections at GMC and has also served GML as a clinical laboratory supervisor for the Eastern Region Laboratories and as a medical technologist in the former Radioimmunoassay Laboratory. She also worked as a med tech at Bloomsburg Hospital in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, and Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pennsylvania. Karen received her Bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University completed her internship at St. Joseph's Hospital in Reading, Pennsylvania. She is board certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
