Special notes:
Patient samples must be collected either before treatment with interferon or more than 24 hours following most recent dose.
Patient preparation:
Patient should not be on steroid therapy for at least two weeks prior to testing.

Allow to clot. Centrifuge 10 minutes at 3000 rpm.

Room temperature: 72 hours. Refrigerated: 28 days.
